Farmers Savings Bank was founded to serve the Benton, Linn, Johnson and Iowa County community and to meet the needs of the small businesses.  We believe that by assisting the growth and needs of the community businesses both the entrepreneur and the people within the community will prosper.  We are proud to have been a partner in the success of the area since our beginning in 1902 and look forward to contributing to our customers’ success in the future. 

Farmers Savings Bank has experienced the many ups and downs in the economy since 1902, and has always sought to support the businesses and companies which are the backbone of our community.  When other banks closed their doors ours remained opened to serve our customers. We are proud of our history and our heritage and we remain committed to continue to follow the path which has served our customers.
